Last Saturday Garrett's parents left to go to Houston to see Skeet for his birthday and Garrett and I got to brainstorming on what we could do for them while they were out of town. We looked around the house and decided that it would be the biggest help to re-due their deck. So like any amateurs we looked up "how to" videos online to know what we should do and took off to Lowe's with enthusiasm not knowing what was ahead!

This was for sure a learning experience for us! We were so glad to get the opportunity to do something for Garrett's parents though - and they really liked the results!

Yes indeed !!! We were so surprised when we got home from Houston to a brand new deck...it is great looking !!! It is amazing that these two could do a professional paint job on a deck that was in total disarray. MOM
